We invite you to learn more about our Shell Graduate Program, which is a 3-year leadership development programme that brings you the necessary tools and helps you to realise your full potential through on-the-job learning, formal training and coaching. Our Grads get real responsibility from the start and the opportunity to make real impact.
We offer a Commercial track for business students and a Technical track for technical students (including IT).
Working with experienced colleagues on this important energy challenge, you will have the opportunity to develop the skills you need to grow, in an environment where we value honesty, integrity and respect for one another and where you can balance your priorities to be the best version of yourself.

Our offices are located in The Hague, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Pernis and Moerdijk. The first three offices have an onsite gym, a coffee barista and a restaurant - the Hague has a veggie restaurant!
Our Young Shell network organizes a wide variety of activities for all grads: from networking sessions with our senior leaders, to lunch-and-learns, social drinks and sailing trips.
Shell offers multiple employee resource groups for grads and experienced employees, incluing Pink Peark, enAble and Women's Network.
