Picnic’s Inhouse Day gave our female talents the chance to explore the company’s dynamic work environment through a hands-on data analytics case and a creative miniature-making activity. Our students connected with Picnic professionals, gaining insights into their roles and daily challenges while exchanging ideas in an interactive setting.

HerFuture members explored Quality Assurance testing through a hands-on session, gaining insights into testing methodologies while providing valuable feedback on our app. The session sparked great discussions on usability and improvements. The evening ended with networking over pizza and drinks, bringing together community members in a relaxed setting.

In collaboration with Van Lanschot Kempen, KPN, Sogeti, and Accenture, we hosted our second community event featuring a DISC workshop by KPN, candle designing, and networking over hot chocolate. Our members connected, shared insights, and engaged in meaningful conversations about career growth and opportunities with the recruiters from the companies. It was a great mix of learning, creativity, and connection.

Flow Traders’ InHouse Day welcomed an energetic group of HerFuture members for a fun gingerbread house-making activity, followed by an exciting chance to network and explore the career opportunities at the company. It was a fantastic experience to learn about a developer's day-to-day life, all while enjoying glühwein!

Our Empower Your Future webinar brought together an enthusiastic group of female tech and STEM students, offering valuable career insights and practical strategies. From live CV reviews to mastering productivity techniques, the session equipped attendees with tools to advance their careers. The event concluded with a guided virtual desk yoga session, promoting balance and well-being.

Our Booking.com x HerFuture Community Event XL edition brought together 90 HerFuture members for an afternoon of technical interview skill-building and networking with fellow tech enthusiasts.

From mastering interview techniques to a treasure hunt through the Booking.com office with prizes, and inspiring insights from recent grads, the day was the perfect mix of learning, connection, and fun.

At our first Design & CV Shine event, students connected with recruiters from Accenture, EY, ING, and Flow Traders for invaluable insights into CV reviews. Key tips included making a strong first impression, highlighting hobbies, specifying skill levels, and tailoring CV length to relevance.

After the CV session, students tapped into their creativity, creating beautiful art pieces while networking and picking up more personal tips from recruiters. A huge thank you to our incredible partners and all the HerFuture participants for making this event a memorable success.
