I regularly exercise discretion in decision-making and provide informal guidance to colleagues, ensuring project success and organizational growth.
Here’s what a day in Alicia's life looks like!
8-8:30AM:
Grab a cup of tea and check emails to prioritize tasks for the day.
8:30-9AM:
Attend a daily stand-up with the team to discuss ongoing projects, share updates, and address any blockers.
9-10AM:
Meet with client to review the progress of a project, discuss any challenges and align on next steps
10AM-12PM:
Focus on analyzing data from the client’s systems and drafting a report that outlines findings and recommendations.
12-1PM:
Take a break to recharge, either enjoying lunch with colleagues or taking a quick walk outside.
1-2PM:
Prepare materials and presentations for a client workshop, ensuring that content is tailored to address the client's specific needs.
2-3PM:
Conduct the workshop for the client.
3-4PM:
Review the workshop and create a plan for improvements for the upcoming workshops.
4-5PM:
Respond to emails and follow up on action items.
How do you unwind at the end of the day?
At the end of a workday, I like to unwind by engaging in activities that help me relax and recharge. I often do Pilates or Rocycle, which not only keeps me physically active but also provides a great mental reset. I also value spending quality time with family and friends; whether it’s going out for dinner or having a casual chat, it’s a wonderful way to shift into my personal time.
