What do you love about your job and your employer?
What I enjoy most about working at NS is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Similar to Sogeti, NS fosters a supportive culture where colleagues are always willing to help one another, creating a collaborative work environment.
Have you faced any barriers as a woman in tech, and how did you overcome them?
Throughout my career in tech, I have never felt that my gender was a barrier. The challenges I faced were primarily related to the initial stages of building my knowledge and expertise in the tech world. However, as I gained more experience and expanded my technical skills across different areas over the years, these challenges diminished. This growth has enabled me to engage confidently in a wide range of technical discussions and contribute to diverse topics.
How do you advocate for diversity and inclusion within your company or the tech community?
Although I have not held a formal role in advocating for diversity and inclusion, I ensure that I include others in my work and personal environment by listening and encouraging open communication. Creating a comfortable space allows everyone to share their opinions and values without fear of judgment.
