Duration: Ideally 3 months full-time between May-September

This summer, swap the ordinary for something impactful. Join HerFuture as a summer intern and work on real projects that matter — from uncovering gender equality data to bringing real stories to life through interviews, community engagement, and powerful visuals.

📌 What you’ll be working on:

• Supporting data collection & analysis around gender equality, career progression and Gen Z!

• Translating insights into compelling data visualizations that help people understand the story behind the numbers.

• Co-authoring a whitepaper filled with fresh data, personal stories, and actionable insights.

• Engaging with our community: conducting interviews, gathering real-life experiences, and weaving them into our content.

• Helping bring visibility to untold stories through social content and community activation.

✅ Who we’re looking for:

• You’re available for minimum 3 months between May and September

• You’re passionate about gender equality, data, storytelling, and community.

• You’re proactive, curious, and a great communicator — both in writing and face-to-face.

• Ideally you have experience with a BI tool such as Tableau or PowerBI (not mandatory)

• Experience with interviews, research, or creating content is a bonus, but we care more about attitude than a perfect CV.
